Abdominal swelling is a condition in which the stomach feel full and tight due to the build-up, of gas in the small intestine. This can make the stomach visibly swollen. Often, the swelling is accompanied by other symptoms such as cramp, belching, pain, diarrhea, shortness of breath and low back pain.

A number of factors can cause swelling. The main reason is the accumulation of intestinal gas.   2. Soak a bag of mint tea in hot water for about 10 minutes and drink two or three cups of this tea a day.

  1. Chew some fennel seeds after eating a large meal.
  2. Add a teaspoon of fennel seeds to 1 cup of hot water. Cover and drop for 5 to 10 minutes. Cut it out. Take this tea two to three times a day.
